Q: Can I buy drapes exclusively designed for my vertical blinds?

A: Yes, of course. We can manufacture, supply and install drapes tailored to your existing vertical blind tracks, depending on the age and quality of your existing stabilising chains and weights. No matter what the circumstances, we can supply any replacement components your blind requires to make it as good as new.

Q: How do I align the drapes on my vertical blinds?

A: This is easily rectified. Pull the control chain until the slats are in the closed position, then gently force the chain and they will realign. You may need to try doing this both ways. Don’t worry if you hear a noise, that’s perfectly normal.

Q: Can I fit the blinds myself?

A: Yes, you can. We offer a ‘supply only’ option on any of our products, but with our 100% free installation service, you can benefit from one of our experienced installers carrying out the work with careful attention to detail at no extra cost to you.

Q: How can I pay for my blinds?

A: We accept cash, cheques, credit and debit cards, and BACS payments.

Q: Do my new blinds come with a guarantee?

A: Yes; all of our window blinds come with a 12 month full warranty on all fabrics, components and labour. We also offer a 3 year extended warranty for only £14.99.

Q: When will my blinds be installed?

A: All our blinds are made to measure and are ready to be installed approximately 7-10 working days after placement of your oder. Please note that specialist blinds may take a little longer.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: A small deposit of 20% of the order value is taken. The balance is payable on installation. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as cash and cheque payments.

Q: How long will it take to install my blinds?

Q: Can I re-arrange my installation date?

A: Of course you can. Contact our office directly to give us as much notice as you can; it just makes the process easier for both parties.

Q: I have an odd-shaped window; can I still have blinds or shutters installed?

A: We have a range of specialist blinds that can accommodate shaped or awkward windows. Feel free to speak to one of our friendly advisors for further information.

Q: How easy is it to take my blinds down for re-decoration?

A: One of our advisors can assist with this over the telephone, or, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a small fee.

Q: How should Roman blinds be cleaned?

A: All of our fabrics are dry clean only.  However, some customers may find it tricky to re-cord the blind after cleaning, so we would always recommend cleaning the fabric with the upholstery attachment of a vacuum cleaner on a regular basis.

Dry cleaning: the fabric needs to be removed from the head rail and the rods and bottom bar must also be taken out. Ensure the dry-cleaner is aware of the special dry cleaning label sewn into the seam.
